I don't know how to parse the 'oh' /o\ is it the realisation that Lily is taking a spot away from someone who would rather be at universary than somewhere else or is it a 'oh what have I done?' It could also be 'oh, you're into that?!' but I think Lily is to nice for that even if she doesn't (yet) like all that stuff. There are several more ways to read it /o\ this is torture, torture I say! Nice page :3
