Just something stupid I drew yesterday in the midst of the social media chaos. A lot of us freelance types - while bemused at the situation - are also fairly distracted and stressed about it as online networking is so vital to, you know, survival. Just needed to blow off some steam, I suppose. Anyway, I had already shared it on Twitter, but since I don't know how many of you use it (or have perhaps made a healthy decision to leave it behind), I figured I'd put it here too, for fun. Morbid fun.

Man if this ain't the truth! If it were up to me, I probably wouldn't have any social media at all. But it's pretty much required for business purposes, so .. a real damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario.

Is this where someone posts that gif of someone laughing that turns into crying? My Twitter feed was pretty good until Elmo came along and decided to signal boost the RWNJs. I've looked at Mastodon (where most seem to be going) and I really don't like it much.
