I just did the math, if he gets the final passive skill at class level 100 his effective level, based on states alone will be 1300, and that’s a combined level of class and profession, excluding any further slayer titles he gets witch boost his effective level by 90 for every level in the title he gets, and whatever the title for getting all the passive skills does If he gets to what we think is the max level in the slayer title witch is level 11, that title alone will increase his effective level by 990, including the 240 effective levels that he has already gotten with the title and passive skills he has currently. Not sure if I calculated that correctly, because that seems insane, but that is what I worked out, if he fights someone at level 1300, with only stats, no active skills, and the stat point awarded each level does not change at some point, he will be able to fight them equally at class level 100 edit: fixed grammar and accidentally made the level he could fight at 2160 instead of what it should be 1300

Thanks for the chapter! :-)

Yes, the fact that he'll be able to reduce the cost drastically over time with practical application, while his high regen and mana capacity allow him to practice often towards that goal, and that the acumen skill should allow him to cast it rapidly after that, are definitely a huge point in favor him getting a damage spiking ability to take his obscene power to the next level. It's the main thing he's missing at the moment. Next thing will be to obtain the acuity ability to enable said rapid use, and the mind ability to round out the set and possibly drastically boost him in every way either on it's own, as part of the set bonus, or both. Then maybe merge them all for ANOTHER power spike sometime much later on down the line. I disagree on the AOE though, I don't think fog of war counts, too inefficient and demanding, he even says so himself! "Charlie’s massive area coverage left his basic attacks feeling inadequate and even maximizing his mistjump mobility could only hope to be a high effort and less effective imitation of area damage" Of course, now that his int stat is through the roof, it might have suddenly turned into an AOE damage ability. And even if it hasn't, if it gains the ability to make his enemies attack each other (see each other as 'phantoms' of their enemies, for example), ESPECIALLY if he manages to get it to ignore his allies, it will be a tremendous boon. Even doing no damage, it would allow him to cause chaos and destruction in a wide area, depending on how hard to resist such a mind altering effect is (given his stats... Should be pretty hard) and instead of being one and done... it could be maintained indefinitely. While arguably gaining damage would be better, getting your enemies to rapidly slaughter each other is a close second. As for people countering his stat boosters... Eh I'm not sure. I think if that were possible, the prisoner collar probably would have done it. I don't think it's necessarily going to be a problem, it's possible that if he asks the answer is going to be 'no that's not possible'

everything wraps up by chapter 97 with reveals that conclude the first major section of the story

Nice xD If he can cover the next boss with Fog of War, maybe he'll be able to solo it unless that boss specifically counters Fog of War :P Too bad his Armor and Weapon skill don't scale with intelligence. A few thoughts/theorycrafting about possible future skills: - Coop does not need an AOE attack skill, he can teleport around the battlefield ridiculously quickly and attack really fast, that's basically the same as an AOE attack. - Coop can also do AOE by throwing a heavy spear/hammer from high in the sky rod of god style, as the weapon skill improves and he's able to make it heavier, this becomes more and more viable. If his stats get high enough, he'll be able to throw around rod of god style attacks like a machine gun. - Coop could use a big finisher skill that costs tons of mana. He'll be able to reduce the mana cost over time, and if he gets the Acumen multiplier, he'll eventually be able to spam a finisher level skill. - Coop could get the Acumen multiplier, the armor piercing might be just as good as a finisher skill, but instead of one big attack, he can make lots of small attacks. - If the Acumen multiplier comes up again, Coop should pick it because it might not appear in the future, and he needs the full set for the title. - Coop should consider covering his weaknesses. As shown he was vulnerable to a blood curse. - This stat multiplication seems kinda overpowered, there are probably counters for it. Coop could look into it and take some precautions. The precautions could come in the form of a skill, the title for getting all stat multipliers, or maybe he could buy a crafting shop that can craft something with one of his legendary items.

Author can you give us an estimation of how many chapters till this raid event ends?

I wonder what new aspects of the skill will be revealed with its newfound strength? Maybe a direct or indirect way to do actual AOE damage? I guess all I'm holding out for now is an acuity skill, a mind skill to complete the set, and a single target damage ability, (as well as maybe an AOE damage upgrade for the mists.) He's pretty much all set at that point, and he'll be obscenely powerful even without using said single target/AOE damage abilities.
