updated to fix a few issues.
accidentally included wrong versions of libnro_hook and libsmashline_hook.
also fixed that down air wont work on slots past c00.
please redownload the files and reinstall the mod as described in the readme.

so i downloaded the link and followed the instructions on the read me and it doesn't seem to be changing out the ryu skin in the fighter screen or really do anything is there something I'm missing? i have followed the read me and everything seems to fit what the read me says

crashes my game on the character select screen if I dont start a game within 10 seconds. Works fine when loaded in game though
