Cleanup aisle 3!

Responsible call. One bad piece of glass could ruin your whole day. Still expensive lesson.
the slow motion made me laugh. epic video

The hammer throw was awesome lol

This has much the same satisfaction as popping bubble-wrap, although the cleanup is a little more work. I'm a little disappointed though that you didn't do the polarized-light view anyway. It would have been interesting to see if there were any obvious differences from one beaker to the next. Also, gently tapping some of them until they broke might also reveal the fragile ones vs the tough ones.
What's the deal with the huge knife on the table in the three-point shot scenes?
Hilarious!

I always imagined this was a way for chemists to relieve some stress in the lab. Thanks for sharing the fun.
Nice throw

The broken bits actually do make good boiling stones. I'm also wondering (too late now) if you could have just labeled/etched (some of) them and dedicated them to plasma making .

There is still a purple stain on my parents porch from a beaker that did just that while I was working on a project ~15 years ago.

Viewing the stress patterns of the glass with polarized light wouldn't actually be difficult at all. Just stand in front of any LCD computer monitor, wear polarized sunglasses (surprisingly easy and cheap to get at most grocery stores), and tilt the monitor until it looks black through your glasses. I've done this experiment myself at home to view stress patterns in my cups and my safety glasses. Pretty satisfying video, though, thank you for deciding to "have some fun with it"

I feel like NileRed knows how to party.
Did you just recycle/trash all the glass? There’s probably some other YouTuber (maybe not Cody, but somebody) who might make something fun from it if you still have it.
Why no thermite? :P
That last one really didn't want to break

LLOL maybe you can use broken beakers as boiling stones. Nah just a joke.
