It's because methanol is also the solvent, so I added it above the arrows.

edit: *but should you put methanol*

at 4:11 the reaction formula between aspirin and methanol you showed seems like methanol is one of the catalyst. i don't know the standard annotation but should you but methanol in the reactant side instead of with the catalyst. (please correct me if i'm wrong)
