I agree with Adam, those casualty rates are outrageous. Consider the fact that in WWI, when the primary military strategy was running headlong into machine gun fire (so I think a fair comparison to the Titans) military death rates were about 14%. So 60% is pretty horrific.

honestly i recommend watching it after s2 ep 1, but watching it before is the way it was intended to be watched based off of release order. but i just think back to my own reaction and how i felt, and i think i liked the experience of watching it after s2 ep 1 better than if i i didnt. but thats just my opinion and it's most definitely biased. either way, theyre gonna be shocked asf

Hey Sarah this is early but I don't know how far you guys watch in advanced so I wanted to remind you guys there's 3 episodes of extra content (OVA's) you should see before S2. Attack on Titan: No Regrets (Has 2 episodes) and Ilse's Notebook (Some people watch it after S2 Ep1 before going to S2 Ep2, I suggest watching it after the S1 finale along with No Regrets which is normally what people do anyway).
