As a Research Assistant at one of the largest public institutions in the U.S., the "sweatshop" expectation from employers in research and reporting is ridiculous. They know you cannot have your work seen without them; and as a result, people in there 20s always do 80% of the work output by 65+ Accademics, or Major Publications. Respect to you brother 💯
