The current “meta” for avoiding testicular atrophy while using anabolics is to either use fertility treatments, eg human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg), in lieu of or in combination with traditional suppresive anabolic steroids. Saw someone mention having a conversation with more plates more dates, perhaps other options would be the youtuber VigorousSteve or Alex Mitrevski as they are in that mpmd circle and are arguably more knowledgeable on the subject matter.
