Character Release - Marco Rodriguez

I haven't done any work on Marco in a while but the sprites are all present so everything should work..but if not, message me here/comment and I will try to fix any mistakes i've made.His moves are done the same as DongHwan, with down + start

just changing the folder name to mow_marco1.0 ran perfectly in my mugen, but if given chance, you have [FIGHTER FACTORY 3] you can create a 1.1 file but it depends on how the common is organized
Does not work with mugen 1.1, but it does work with mugen 1.0 it seems.
