the first thing that stuck out to me at first glance was the clipping of the skirt on the thigh. Right under her skirt, the thigh goes forward in a way that it is breaking through the skirt. There also seems to be an inconsistency between how far "down" her legs go compared to her upper body. Just my two cents, but I have no idea how to actually fix the body pose aside from changing how the skirt is draped at the bottom so that it does not go directly through the thigh of the character.
The problem is orie and yuzuhira in this position,their arms is holding the body from the surface.But Eltnum on this one is different style.Which makes her upper body looks quiet lower than her legs.
It's looking nice so far but I think I see what you mean with the shading. Orie doesn't have that kind of shading in that position so that's probably why it looks weird.
