Thank you for sharing another wonderful episode. I've been meaning to look into more of the history of Amanita muscaria. This isn't very important, but I believe the illustration of Amanita phalloides at 12:21 may be depicting Amanita pantherina.

I enjoyed this. I had some very very weird experiences like 20 years ago on Amanita. Most of the time it was a weird sedating delirious experiences almost like dreaming, but one 7 gram dose landed me in the hospital after what observers and EMTs thought was a seizure though. I've been reluctant to try them again obviously but all this extracts on the market really caught my attention
