I literally always forget about the flipping trick, so I only do it once the piece is finished, i.e. when it's too late to do any fixes that might be revealed by said trick. XD But considering that a 3D model is to an extent perfect at most times (like symmetry-wise, etc.) this trick is only really useful to find out about bad composition and maybe face readability issues. Or maybe that's something I keep subconsciously telling myself. :^) Also thanks! EDIT: I just flipped it around, and it looks surprisingly good both vertically and horizontally flipped! Wooooo!

I like the technical stuff. Good stuff to learn from. At the beginning when you were talking about zooming in at 4x/8x I wondered if you flip the images around to see if they look good in your eyes? I'm used to looking at something one way and then the moment I flip the image it typically looks bad. Just curious if that's also something you do? Certainly Jinjing-Yu looks goofy with her hair like that in an horizontally flipped angle (which would look normal to us) or even flipping her vertically as well. Good job on the yarn ball. That looks very convincing even with the artifacts.
