Guys I had the same problem. Found that the pressuported files only can be properly sliced in Chitubox

What did you end up doing? It looks to me line the outer layer is too thin. Did the you make the model solid?
my 1st print of this also faled on the anycubic x 6k.. but then saw that the file needs to be fixed so i put it into 3d builder and it looks like it fixed it .. it printing right now got 1hr to go and looks 100% well update when its done

I will need to check again. When I opened the stl folder everything was pre supported and I'm getting dead pixels

Hi so I have tried 3 times to print this on my anycubic mono x and it continues to fail. Do you offer the unsupported files as well so I can see if that is the issue?
