Ultra happy with the overall atmosphere - somewhat inspired by an unholy amalgamation of Rain World and Hollow Knight (both legendarily good games btw - I super recommend (though Rain World is so extremely nonstandard that I know it's not for everyone)).
A birthday gift for me bro. Tried a few new things in this one!

Who said it was water? :D (and for the record, I don't actually know what it is, or what this place is for that matter - life is more interesting with mysteries) And that place sounds heckin cool!

Adreea <3 she's gotten nice and thicc. I'd say it has to have rained otherwise there'd be no water in the drainage. I went exploring a few times in our runoff at my home town. It was always spooky, never looked like how you've drawn the water treatment areas. Was a big hollow pipe with some residual water puddles inside and people's graffiti. I really liked that Hollo Knight avatar creator. Was pretty cute.
