Was a bit of a stretch, but pretty much everything regarding combat is done for the update.
Next step is building the regular scenes and preparing the dating game. Two new dates are written, Phil and Aline to be precise. While the real dating game start in the update beyond this one, I want the base level set for all characters and give them their chance to earn the first points of affection.
So what's coming with the dates you might ask? Well, Gina is a busy lady of course, managing a gym at day and beating up baddies at night, so I may limit the time that can be used for dating. So maybe I'd use a fixed time per week (maybe weekends), when Gina can spend some quality time with her potential spouse (maybe one afternoon at start and maybe later one night too 😋).
Which bring us to a few character and route topics:
- Philipp: He was the one and only guy to receive significant votes in the polls. And he did that while he was mostly a blank slate. Which leads to a serious question: Shall we build up the guy and flesh out his personality, or is he basically the "player insert" type of character? Comments are welcome.
- Harem: I like harem as much as any guy, though it might need a bit of bending to make it work. While Stella or Aline might be very progressive here, characters like Jade or Phil may not look upon polygamy quite so favourably. On the other hand Gina would never betray anyone by going for two characters without being transparent, so it's either one person on which she has to decide early on or open harem route. Discussion is welcome.
Also big thanks to my team, old and new members! The great Novakard and LeFourbe made some very tasty images for us (which I sadly can't share for spoiler reasons), supporting our poor overworked staff and giving our scenes some extra spice 😘

Those personality traits are set and will be used again. More of a question of how deep we're going into different aspects of his life. Dating scenes in general have the option to learn a lot about the other person and to be fair, or girls are a lot more fleshed out than the guys currently.

I'm pro Harem route with Gina. It's a visual novel, why forcibly settle on one relationship and lock the player out of potential romance scenes when so many already exist in game. Besides, I'm sure there will be more than enough Gina to go around by the end of the game, plus, we get more silly scenes like Mike, Phil, and Stella bickering with each other over who Gina loves more (as Gina's head is empty and only thinking about eating some food). As far as Phillip goes, please avoid a blank player insert character trope at all costs. It makes them feel so one dimensional and boring. Continue to build up Phil as the Warhammer Coding Nerd who appreciates large ladies. Bonus points if he ditches his dumb disguise and builds himself a mech suit to fight the mafia alongside Gina and the gang. As always, great work Don and Crew, two thumbs up!

It's great to hear the latest news about the update, and thank you and your team for all your hard work. Personally, I'm more in favor of Gina choosing a person over the harem route because Gina is a strong and independent woman who shouldn't be part of a harem. Looking forward to your next update.
