New input system:
I've implemented the SteamVR input system which adds custom bindings, Valve Index finger tracking and Oculus Touch finger movements. It's been tested on as many systems as possible but there might still be an issue with some bindings not working correctly, so I'm putting this build out to see what feedback I get.
I've also added bindings for Vive Cosmos and Windows Mixed Reality controllers, so any feedback on those would be great.
Finger tracking:
Index finger tracking increases immersion and should also work well with the physics hands system I'm experimenting with! Oculus touch finger movements also work well now.
Vive tracker/Fleshlight support:
This build includes Vive tracker support. Version 2.0 trackers support both Vive and Index headsets, but to make this more accessible I'd like to add support for attaching a normal Oculus or Vive controller to a Fleshlight eventually.
How to use trackers:
- You need to click on "Manage Vive trackers" in Steam VR and set it's role to "Waist" for the tracker to appear in game.
- The tracker should be attached to the top of the Fleshlight like this.
- Currently you can only attach to her hip, but I'll add more attach points in the future.
- Position a girl however you like and then line up the fleshlight + tracker. Once the red sphere is in her hip area it will turn green. Press T on your keyboard to attach/detach!
- Later I'll create a UI for this, which will be much easier than pressing a key on your keyboard.
I'd really appreciate any feedback, this was hard to test so please let me know if everything works, or if you encounter any issues with the controls!

keep getting fatal error, why could that be ? trying to open while steam VR is open
Similar issue with Saint; I'm on a Rift S and got no audio in-game, but the moment I open the occulus menu or close the game, I hear a brief bit of the audio.

Yes, I put this one out as a test for the new control system but I'll be putting a larger update out soon!

Will there be a 0.3 build version for Asstronauts soon?

Hmm that is weird. Nothing else should be launching with the game. Can you look in your task manager to see what it is? Also make sure your audio device is set to Rift S.
Weird bug here, when i first start it up, there is no audio. If i hit alt-f4, something closes and i get the audio and it runs fine. Its starting up in SteamVR, i have oculus S. This is very consistent for some reason, not sure what is opening ontop but something is automatically coming out with SteamVR and CptH.

Which headset are you using?
