Hi, I just purchased Captain Hardcore on Patreon and I’m experiencing a serious issue that makes the game unplayable. When I launch the game on my Meta Quest 3, my left controller is stuck to the ground. It doesn’t follow my hand, and when I try to move it, it makes me float up or down. I already tried: • Rebooting the headset • Resetting the Guardian • Reinstalling the APK and OBB via SideQuest • Deleting saved files • And even a full factory reset of my Quest 3 The bug is still there, and everything else works perfectly with other games. I was able to play this morning without any issue, and suddenly the problem appeared. Can you please help? It seems like something is corrupted either in the game or in the OBB/cache files. I’m really disappointed right now since I just paid for the game and can’t use it.

If your the browser does not open properly in Quest, please go onto your Quest and open a web browser and navigate to Patreon.com , then log in and open the following link in your messages. Hi, if you are installing with sidequest, you should not need to specify a folder. If you are having problems installing the game you could try the auto installer. There is a file in the the 0.13 download called "install.bat" that you should run, first extract all of the 0.13 download files, connect your headset to your PC with the link cable, and make sure you are on the Quest Link dashboard in the headset, then run the "install.bat" file on the PC, this should remove the old version completely and install the new version.

alright, I've done everything step by step. made sure to download the apk file followed by the patch 1 opp file. I go to launch the app and still get the three dots of doom! what am I doing wrong??

The obb files take considerably longer than the apk file. If SideQuest is failing to transfer them, you could try the auto installer. Hi, it appears you have a free subscription. That will not let you play the Quest version, but you can play the demo area on the PC version.

Do I have to delete the previous version on the quest when I download the new update to the quest via apk, or can I simply overwrite the new update on the quest? I just added the new update without deleting the previous version and it still seems to work!

I don't think so, but I've been using Daz's Skin Builder to create far more realistic skin textures for the existing models. I've also built up a library of lingerie patterns that I've been layering on top of the skin textures in Daz as well. The results are amazing. I just wish the Quest 3 had enough memory to support 4K textures. They seem to work for a while until CH throws up its hands and downscales the textures to some super low res dimension, I assume to prevent the app from crashing.

Hi, do you think that in some update you will include dynamic occlusion in mixed reality? I'm waiting for this addition to come out to buy the app again, I hope you can consider that dynamic occlusion is now fundamental, it will take away some computing resources, in this case it will mean that with dynamic occlusion instead of being able display up to 5 models with quest 3, it can only display two or three, but having it as an option in the menu could be interesting and improving. along with more accurate hand-on-shot collision of virtual models, possibly. and also perhaps slightly less rubbery hands. thanks for reading.

Hi, I had the same problem with the "main.1.com...obb" file. I deinstalled the game over the Headset via the "the three dots" and deleted the empty file folder in sidequest by hand. Now when I reinstall it, it does not appear in "sdcard/android/data" although it has no failure message, when I install the ".apk" file.
