"A secret rendezvous point, I love it," Vee said excitedly. "You know… I really should have gotten this skill back when I first evolved. It would have made my life so much easier." ^Vee speaks twice in a row and it's not clear who's talking.

I don't think we know if that's how it works yet. Could be really cool though. Definitely looking forward to exploring this spell.

Nemesis

Does anyone else think that the original Kappa core (lost in dimensional space) may become a very important cheat death for Syl in the future? Perhaps after fighting the dragon experiment before she is ready.

Isn't the door essentially a MUCH cheaper teleport? At least for large distances and numbers of people. Instead of needing massive amounts of Mana to move people between places, just create the door, have people enter, close the door, and recreate the door somewhere else.

Joanie

That was one hell of a funny chapter.

Tftc! Just a couple of quick notes here: I understand if it's an intentional choice due to people not always speaking perfectly, and what I'm pointing out is dialogue. "Where's the enemies" and "there's no enemies" are not gramatically correct. Where's/there's = where is/there is, so when you write, "Where's the enemies, " you're asking "Where is the enemies," when you should be asking, "Where are the enemies?" ("Where're" or "where are" would be correct in this instance, despite the fact that "where're" looks weird with how rarely it tends to be used.) Though, again, it's dialogue, so it makes sense if you're intentionally having them speak improperly. Since the subject, in this case "enemies," is plural, the verb should be, too. ("Is" being the verb here, as a current tense of "be.") The second thing I notice a lot, not even close to just in your stories, is that you write "till" as shorthand for until, but that is not how it's supposed to be written. Till is another word for a cash register, for example, or what you do to soil when planting seeds. The correct way to shorten until is "'til." Just like how if you want to shorten "them," you'd write 'em, rather than um. I know these things aren't the end of the world, of course. I just thought it might be worth pointing out for future reference, if you're inclined to correct/change these things.
