Lotte's suggestion is very good! It's reasonable for Rose to demand people can at least match her little sister if they can't hope to compare to her, but Lily doesn't like conflict. And here is Lotte who understands that and is also very much aware of how impressive Lily really is. She is at peace with Lily being stronger than her, and she's very much capable of standing for herself. That's a perfect situation to filter those who would bother Lily to impress her sister.

Nope. Thats too political for Lily. She also has no real problem with clarissa, so would only be causing problems for no real reason. Also hana is advancing quickly on her own and doesn't need the extra help to get there like lotte and thomas did. Thomas would have spent far longer looking for the information he needed than he would for training it, while lotte is having trouble understanding her own magic. Arthur and hana don't need the help, in fact their conpetition between each other is aiding them better than a scroll would.

Lantern of fireflies (acquired in Ch. 10, identified in Ch. 16) 3. Canteen of dew (acquired in Ch. 10, identified in Ch. 16) 4. Bracelet of cleaning (acquired in Ch. 10, identified in Ch. 16) 5. Bark notepad (acquired in Ch. 10, identified in Ch. 16) 6. Stone handwarmer (acquired in Ch. 10, identified in Ch. 16) 7. Shield (acquired in Ch. 27, not yet identified) I know Lunadea doesn't actually read the comments here and I'm just shouting into the wind (again), but I can't help holding out hope that somehow the earlier chapters will get fixed before publication to show the correct number of items instead of constantly saying "four". Maybe one of the beta readers will notice?
