Fixes a critical bug (manual FPS input for image sequences not working) and adds a bunch of useful little features, like an option to preserve MKV metadata (embedded fonts etc) and lossless NVENC encoding (CRF 0).

Not sure if this issue is with 1.24.5 specifically because I haven't tried interpolating this specific file with earlier versions, but I have an action cam video that's 1280x1080 16:9 aspect (you know how some of these action cams have odd resolutions) and the interpolated output has been changed to 4:3 aspect. I have to use ffmpeg -aspect 16:9 to change it back.
