Upcoming fixes/changes for 1.41 [RC3]

- Custom output folder option was ignored
- Legacy deduplication dropdown was shown when deduplication is set to Disabled
Improved:
- Resolution modulo is now determined via pixel color format instead of encoder. This means that H264 or ProRes are no longer forced to a resolution that's divisible by 2 if 4:4:4 sampling is used
- [NCNN-VS] Video index files are now cached, which means interpolation starts much quicker now if you process a video more than once
- Deduplication filter has an additional preset ("Low") and is more refined
Investigating:
- VRAM usage and performance of newer models
Expect the RC3 update in a few days.

Is there any chance to make DAIN model working? Looks like server with model is down and app couldn’t download it 🙁 Maybe just uncompress files into folder, but question which files 🤷
