You need SoundEditor to be able to mess around with the audio files of the game, and then you can replace manually the original audio files of the game with whatever file you need. It's the same process of adding custom music in the game, but the file to modify is ra_1.pck, in the sound folder of the game. In this specific case, you can select for example "fictional - the internet" as location in the profile of your wrestler, and then replace the line "from the internet" by Mike Rome, with whatever location you need. I'm pretty sure there must be some video tutorials on Meta, PMW or Tribute on how to use SoundEditor, it's pretty straight forward.
