I definitely owned a Sega Saturn as a kid. Some of my favorite games came onto that system (Guardian Heroes, Sonic 3D Blast Saturn, Fighters Megamix and of coruse NiGHTS). Do yo uhave the steam/PSN/XBLA version of NiGHTS?

I work with a guy that's heavy into conspiracy theories. I'm gonna casually drop this in conversation tomorrow and fuck up his whole week.
Sarah The Rebel
We definitely will!

And thanks for sharing yours! We didn't any arcades left in my city and I didn't play my first one till I was 16 and my older boyfriend drove me to another city to play the games. That's when I learned about putting down your quarter and things like that lol

I’m convinced no one in my age range ever owned or knew someone who owned a SEGA Saturn, we all played Nights at the Toys R Us kiosk.

I always enjoy a great talk about gaming Sarah. My very first games were Ms. Pac-Man in the arcade (still one of my favorite arcade games), and Phantasy Star II (probably gave me my love of JRPGs). I grew up playing alot of fighting games (SFII, Mortal Kombat, Virtua Fighter, etc) and i definitely love the lore for quite alot of games. I think for me gaming waas something that I was able to jump into and escape when my life a bit hectic with school bullying and my broken family. My favorite game as a kid were the Lunar games on Sega CD. I loved the worlds that they created and the creative characters that were in the game. When i made my first cosplay, i made sure it was the main character from the second game. I could go on and on about my gaming stuff...but ill pause that right here. Thanks for sharing your gaming beginnings.
