Yes, cleared it just and played through to the same point again and still the same issue. The item in the store is greyed out, everything else can be purchased. There is no item in the wardrobe so its not possible to complete the chastity part.

Have you tried clearing your cache?

I've updated with the fix applied on top of the game download, same issue. I've also run the game solely from the bugfix download and the same issue each time from a new start.

You likely don't have the bugfix installed, based on what you've told me. Download it, drop it into the game folder, then run the game from there.

I don't seem to be able to find it in the wardrobe and its greyed out in the store. I also get an error on this part: Error: <>: passage "furiously Masturbate" does not exist.

It's under the toys section in the wardrobe.

I tried starting the game from scratch and wasn't able to progress past the bit where you need to not cum for three days by using a chastity device. I tried to but it from the store but it is grey out suggesting I already bought it, but when I look in my wardrobe I can't find it.

Yes, left sidebar, hit the arrow, then hit the menu options button. Also, it auto-saves when you sleep by default, though that can be disabled in the menu.

Is there a save button so I could continue from where I left and wouldn't have to start over?

That's just the end of that path for the psychology classes. You can still go to other classes, visit other people, work, etc.

Sorry should have been more specific. I put on the chastity cage and locked it. Then it displayed a message that I have reached the end of the game and to check back for further updates. I think when I locked it that's what triggered the end of the game. I went to the psychology class and then it said "You've reached the end of the current content for this path. Check back again in future releases! Oh, and thanks for playing the game."

Everything "halts"?

I noticed in the web version once I lock into a chastity cage everything halts in the game. Not sure if it is a glitch but wanted to bring it to your attention.
