Bad news (currently working on a solution though)

It is very unfortunate to me to announce that, just last night, one of my external Toshiba HDD units, precisely the one I stored all of my art, commissions, WIP and Patreon stuff, stopped functioning. I'm on my way to contact with a data recovery company and see how much I can salvage of it.
I can still work on this month's rewards, though, at least those concerning both YCH and Rope Coccoon Madness polls. Asami's monthly pack, however, has now been lost along with Korra's, so unless I can recover my lost data I can't do much but keep that one on hiatus for now.
I'm very sorry for this. Believe me I'm beyond pissed after this sad incident, but I can't lose hope just yet. I'll find a solution, either this month or the next.
I infinitely appreciate your support and patience, and I hope to solve this situation as soon as possible.

I still need to keep in contact with the company to see what budget they give me, but I'd try to go with the most affordable option, which would take a week or so to retrieve all the data. But I hope it'll be easy enough to restore. Thank you so much :)

Oh, man, that is a shame. Hope you get things resolved with a minimum of stress and frustration, but if things get delayed a bit while you work this out, then we can be patient. Best of luck to you moving forward.

Yeeeeeah... Fortunately I think I found a very professional data recovery company, so it's just a matter of time that I stay in touch with them and I can salvage as much as possible. Thanks a lot for your support, as always :)

Thank you so much, cheleb :') I do hope to find a reasonable solution for this too. The company I'm trying to contact with look like real professionals to me. All I need is to wait until they finally contact me, although if that doesn't happen until next Monday, I'll make my next move. Thank you so much for your words of support! :D
