Overwhelmed, but pushing on - Update!
🕑 Added 2025-03-25 02:19:56 +0000 UTCFirst off, I realize I am behind on Squirrel Girl. I have the takes placed in editing and am in the trenches of sound design. I've been having issues finding really good squirrel sounds but I believe I finally found some (and made some myself too.)
I know I apologize a lot here, but it has been weighing on my mental health that I am behind. I want to be faster. but I do not want to sacrifice quality. I want to be proud of EVERYTHING I am blessed to be a part of. I am juggling this content alongside other work so that I am able to make a living doing this. I am sorry I am behind, but I feel this audio will turn out great when complete. I do have some audios completed by other commissions that I will post here in hopes to make up for my lack of SQ. I hope you enjoy those and understand my plight here in trying to juggle making a living at this. Thank you for the understanding and patience as always.
I do really appreciate the support here. As tax season draws closer to a close, I am very very anxious about paying more than planned, so the support here helps ease my anxiety on it. I really do not want to go back to working a corporate job, so your support - at any tier - means the world to me, and makes a difference in me continuing doing this kind of work.
These things, alongside my health, are honestly overwhelming me mentally and physically. But I am pushing myself as best I can, without burning myself out or making myself worse health-wise.
I hope this is not viewed as a negative post. I want to be as transparent as possible and apologize for my delay. I do want to express my thanks for the support as I work to give the best quality VA, writing, and sound design to you all. I am going to continue being hopeful and keep going forward.

Hoping your health improves soon for you. I know hospital bills must be awful to face. Don't feel you have to apologise if it's to sacrifice either your health or quality of your performance. What matters is your mental health and it staying positive.
