I'm perfectly fine with you taking a break. I'm cool. I think you need to plan ahead and give yourself enough time. Like the stuff your are recording / editing today shouldn't be available to the public / uploaded to Youtube for like two or more weeks after they are done. Do you need memos to keep track of what to do everyday of the week? You need a routine. You also need down time. You shouldn't record anything like two or three days a week. Take some time off (stop uploading) and get into a production/day off routine. One of my favorite YouTube channels uploads every week; content great, but was filmed at least one month before.
