Little Journal Entries
🕑 Added 2020-01-03 02:44:30 +0000 UTCKnowing myself, this is not going to last long. But I’m trying not to have that attitude and believe that I can be better and find the time and strength to journal more on a regular basis.
I was looking through different apps... but then I thought of using Patreon. For several reasons I think using Patreon as a little place to post would be beneficial. 1. Allows for interaction and engagement with you guys to show you a little bit more into my life 2. Holds me more accountable 3. Can allow new perspectives to help me 4. Can offer new perspectives to help you 5. Just simply helps me feel less alone.
I don’t think I’ll really have anything profound to say. Just something to look back on to remember the past and reflect on how far I’ve come.
So, hi. Today is January the 2nd 2020. It’s absolutely insane that it is already 2020. As we counted down to a new year, it was an overwhelming feeling to think of the past decade and everything that’s happened and I’ve been through. I’m honestly so excited for the future, though. Even feeling how I am right now - numb and frustrated that I can’t seem to get a hold of my emotions or hormones and just want to be happy but can’t seem to turn it on... I’m still excited for this year and what’s to come. Which is quite odd for me. For the past 7 years I’ve truly taken it one day at a time. If I ever tried to do more, I’d get overwhelmed and shut down. That sounds dramatic, but unfortunately my body and brain are just wired for max anxiety, grief and fear. Maybe journaling a bit here and there will help with that.
Just wanted to say I love you guys. Thank you for getting me where I’m at today. Thank you for believing in me. I’m gonna try not to reread or proof read a lot of these because I know I’ll just overthink it and delete it all/not post at all. So bear with me.

I’m also trying to journal at least once everyday as well; I’m using Day One as my app. I believe in you for keeping this up as I believe it’s a good idea to write things down, and for me I hope it also provides a little more motivation to improve daily life. I'm sure you can keep to this. For the past I-don't-even-know years, I've been slacking off with no motivation to get my life together, and you've made me want to change that about myself. If you can help people change themselves, you can easily handle a journal.
