As CitCat said i hope that person is not gonna słip pass the tipping point. Especially with the reactions of some people to this story coming to light which i presume might make him/her put even more pressure on himself/herself. Also, my thoughts are with you. I'm barely active in the community since i got a job again, almost 2 years ago, but i don't think there was a single day where i didn't think of you/the positive energy you spread, so I'm kinda connecting with you every day. Hopefully knowing this will help you feel a teeny tiny bit less lonely.

You need to understand that with that email it sounds as though they are Borderline, chances are this is exactly what they wanted from you to feel sorry for them. As bad as it sounds chances are that it was all for attention which is typical for someone with BPD they'll go as far as too use self harm as a way of gaining attention. It's good that you saw that they were trying to manipulate you. Stay strong. Just know some of the happiest days of your life haven't happened yet.

I'm glad you were able to realize you were being manipulated and that its not your responsibility. When you have an audience of 1000s of people its important to remember that you aren't personally responsible for every single one of them, and I hope they realize it too. You don't deserve to be emotionally blackmailed like that. Really glad that you're holding out.

Hey Frivvi! Glad you're back, I didn't know you were going off grid on purpose and I was getting a little worried about you. I thought about DMing you some positivity but I haven't yet done that because I figure you have enough of those to answer already! So you're getting this letter instead. Personally I think your streams have been pretty entertaining, I even watch a lot of the VODs cause I'm EU. I don't mean to discount your feelings about it but well, a bunch of us keep turning up, right? You've had some massive donos and sub trains and those people picked you for a reason. I love A Hat in Time, even when you had to focus during that difficult tree part, the t e n s i o n sustained us! Bustin's a great guy but I can't handle his streams, there's such a thing as too hype, for me at least. It's OK to be different, awesome even! Have you tried horse riding? Is there anywhere nearby? Might get you out of the house a bit and large animals can be so grounding. You have to be present and attentive to them to get the results you want. Big love.

I get that when there are 1.33 million subscribers and only one YouTuber the relationship can feel one-sided. You want a friend like them, there they are, they seem nice. Imagining what it would be like to keep up correspondence with 1.33 million people - or even 50 - requires the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes. But it's not a matter of indifference or snobbery, it's just a logistical problem. This person is probably not more alone or scared than a whole bunch of people here (frankly, including me). ASMR is a therapy. It's most needed by people who are in pain, and a lot of the people who make it are in great pain too. You do not lash out at YouTubers. That isn't how you show them that you love them. You do not blame suicidal ideations on anyone else, let alone a stranger that's never done anything but help you. I'm really sorry they said that to you, Lauren. They can go hecking heck themselves in the butt.

Hey Frivvi, First, I would like to say this is very strong of you. I've read over your entries and I've really found a lot in them. I think this is very good for your mental health. That's something we all care about here. I'd also like to say I'm sorry streams have you so drained. It's terribly hard to feel like continuing them, and I think it would be good for you to take a break for a while. Take some suggestions for YouTube videos and try those out. As good as streaming may be for income, nothing is as good as hurting yourself! Those are just my simple thoughts on that side of it. Now, I find it very unfair for someone to send you that. They may be at the end of their line, but it's not for some YouTuber to fix. You're not their therapist and you're not paid for it. As much as your videos have helped me in a dark place, I don't think it would be fair for me to put any of that on you. I hope they do better, but you're never at fault for what may happen. Lastly, thank you for all that you do. Taking your time to even reply to them in the first place is a blessing. It truly shows how great your character is. Thank you for being you and providing a lot of us some peace and comfort. I know it's made a world of difference to me. I've been planning on sending you something like this for a while, but I've been so busy with college that it's been very hard.
