I’m sorry to hear that you are going through such a hard time. You’ve helped me in a lot of ways with your content and I wish I could do the same for you. I don’t have the same kind of trauma and grief but I understand the notion of internalizing your feelings and putting on a brave face for the world. It took almost 20 years of it to finally burst and cause me to break down and get help. That was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but also so rewarding a year later. Like you said healing isn’t linear but so long as you take even one step forward it’s a step in the right direction even if you trip and lose a step or two in the process. It may not seem like it but it does get better. As others have said we’re here for you and we love you very much. Thank you for sharing with us and please take care of yourself. ❤️
