Nothing in this little showcase is final, these are all working assets that I've been using to get familiar with coding. Really happy with the simple animations for the tail, eyes, and ears.

The story of Moontouched is inspired by several cultures, Nordic and Celtic cultures included! I'll be aiming to have the music reflect that as well

The animations here are very cool; like the others have said it really does add a ton of life to the already great art - even just the blinking or the ear flick occasionally. Though I'm sure those take more behind the scenes than it might seem. π

Just out of curiosity if your putting music what kind music theme are you putting this looks similar to a Celt or viking style.

Hah my friend said much the same thing. Currently the cursor is a Triquetra which will feature in some story elements, and I'm a little protective of it. But I'll definitely workshop it a bit more. Thank you for the constructive feedback!

thanks man! Figuring out the blinks and ear twitches was a really fun experience, I'm so eager to finalize a sprite to see what I can really do with animations like these

Wow! I got super excited when I saw his tail wag. The little animations were absolutely great

This is some really good stuff, probably the best I've seen from a FVN. UI/UX stuff tends to get ignored so its very cool to see it get some love. The mouse cursor being an equilateral triangle makes it a bit hard to read; its serviceable because convention tells us the upper left is the hotspot but if you mess around with it you should consider making it an isosceles triangle.

The subtle animations add _so_much_ to the VN style. I haven't seen a lot of VNs but this is the first time characters have actually BLINKED in any that I've seen. This is awesome!
