It’s curious because the hips are the same in both versions, I just slapped some lines over them for the shorts. Perhaps those lines are just helping define the form better than in the nude version.

Hard to describe as I'm not an artist or animator. It looks like you're trying to give the hips a certain kind of sway so it looks good in motion, but because of the frame rate, it makes the hips look odd. I should check out what you've submitted to your Discord to see if it still seems that way

Something is funky about the hips in the nude version. I'm gonna give you the benefit of doubt though and say it probably has something to do with it being a gif.
