Most ultraman seasons are 50 episodes. Ginga to Trigger are 25 episodes and have a epilogue movie. I assume Decker, the newest one will end on episode 25. There's continuity in ultraman.

Nice. I had a nagging suspicion that light had some form of significance.

The blinking light in their chest basically means it's their life force. The rule of thumb is that if you stay on Earth in ultraman form only for 3 minutes. Otherwise the light will blink up. Except for Ultraman Gaia and Agul which is his partner with the blue suit. The rule doesn't apply to them because they are Earth based Ultraman unlike the others which are from outer space
