This walkthrough is not good. The point of a walkthrough is to inform of all possibilities. I could I explore on my own if I want to or have a walkthrough to tell me everything to make sure I did everything. This walk through is missing a lot of choices and possibilities. Need a better one.

I think you're talking about Tales From The Unending Void in this case? That scene is indeed part of the Extra Scenes Edition. There'll be another watersports flag for the standard edition without extras later on.
The Serving Girl Extra Scene, is only available to the 15$ Donators? In Episode 5, The one that supposedly unlocks future watersports content.
