Thanks for the quick reply! The weird thing is as I was going through and saving each chapter it definitely still had the option turned on (after I deleted the persistent directory, etc). It was only when I went back to replay it from the saves or the scenes that it was no longer in effect. Is that the mod on Github that's a couple years old? That's the only thing that pops up when I search for a third party patch for the game.

Your version probably reverted to the censored version of the game, deleting the persistent directory has that effect. If you want to restore the previous situation you should download the third-party patch. Unfortunately I can't link directly to this content, because of Patreon's content guidelines.

I cleared out the persisting files and game saves so I could play again (due to the issue mentioned above), went through the game from chapter 1-16 saving a new save at the start of each chapter with incest turned on, and that worked correctly. However, when I try to replay from scenes the Nadya pool scene (and possibly others?) she’s now my ‘friend’. So I went to navigate to the scene from my chapter save instead and she’s still my ‘friend’. Went into the settings on both season 1 and 2 and there is no longer any family option to select in the settings. Both are the newest Extra Scenes edition (0.12.1 and 0.16).

Thanks for the report and for the steps to reproduce it. I'm going to look for a fix for this. Which version of Season 1 did you play, was it v0.12.1?

Windows 11 here. After playing through all the new episodes, I went back to season 1 and started a new game and saved a few key points including at the very end again. After exiting out of season one, now Eps 13-16 won't load when I try to run the .exe, It gives an error: --------- I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
