Here’s an idea. What if for the growth procedure, it’s not just a pill and radiation, but special suction tubes that pull the breasts out? The growth intermingled with the suction will allow the breasts to permanently be sticking out and not sag due to their weight.

I kinda like this look in a way reminds me of Victoria Vale. Protuding implants where nipples are far away from the body is in a way hot. Will be introducing this breast shape in the next couple of months. Just need to figure out a story line for this.
