So slow and detailed it is! Honestly, discord prepared me for such a result but its still slightly surprising. When I first announced about Hogwarts on FF, everyone just went batshit crazy on me. Like, I'd literally received PMs saying how I'm destroying the whole fic, and its all gonna go downhill from now, blah blah blah.
So when I presented these options I was completely prepared to skim through Harry's time in Hogwarts, giving just the bare bones.
What a surprise it is, that now I'll be writing exactly what I'd originally planned lol.
Well.....all I can say is that we have some very exciting times ahead of us (If you like to see MC's progression to opness, that is). Also, I might make a Poll for you guys to decide what Harry's mutation should be (What X-men powers he should get). Leave any suggestions in the comments for what options I should present. Currently I've two things in mind, both commented by a few of you: Time control and matter manipulation.
Anyway, that's all for today.

If you want to make it more op then that, the comic version of Sunspot has a lot of abilities I didn't write down.

I think a less... Excessive power then some of the ones suggested could work better. My suggestion is Solar Energy Absorption: It's the mutation of a less well known mutant in X-men called Sunspot. It essentially boils down to storing solar energy and using it to augment Strength and Durability, sending it back as Thermokinesis (heat control) or if enough was stored going into Solar form which is pretty vague but essentially boils down to becoming a sort of sentient mini-sun. I feel something like time manipulation or shadow control would either make magic meaningless or just get merged into it. (What's the point of shadow control when you can use levitation and apparition)

That just seems excessive when the MC is already a wizard imo. Might as well just discard magic entirely then.

Honestly, reality manipulation is the best mutant power. Wanna control time? No problem, wanna control matter? No problem. Wanna control Darkness? No problem.
