🕑 Added 2024-10-02 08:42:34 +0000 UTCThe last couple of days have been a challenge on my mental health, but after getting the energy to shower and get some rest, I am doing better! Not saying the shower/rest combo made everything perfect, but it helped enough to find some peace of mind (I think that's the correct phrase lol). This made me remember how we're all our own person, just people trying to get through the day while trying to remain sane. I hope all of you wonderful Messy Minds are taking care of yourselves!!! Make sure to rest and do what you can to care for your wellness! I love and appreciate all of you, and I want everyone to be the okayest they can be!!! <3<3<3

Sorry to hear you've been going through it last couple of days. Life definitely isn't aalways easy, but we gotta just keep going through it. Glad that your feeling better though and hope it keeps improving for you.
