I may or may not have pushed my right hand/wrist a little too much at work the past months, and both my doctor and pharmacist told me not to use it until it feels better (it hurts/cracks/can't bend right etc) so i don't do irrepairable damage to it.
I'm sure it'll be fine eventually but I just wanted to give a heads up, if i still can't pick up a pen by Friday then I'll do some adjustements to the schedule this month :) That's all i wanted to preface!!
Let me say this right now: All rewards WILL be posted this month no matter what, no worries about that! please don't think there will be no content this month :')
Now this is specifically addressed to $10+ Patrons:
Because of all of that, I was thinking I might change up the Poll this month to link it with the $2 Sketch Dump tier to minimize strain but also still make it fun! :)
By that I mean that the reward wouldn't be a full illustration like i've done so far, but a bunch of little lineart sketches of the winning subject/pairing (probably clean and not too rough looking 'cause i can't help myself) that I'll use for the $2 Sketch Dump of this month.
Just wanted to let you know now so you're not surprised or disappointed once the actual Poll drops!
As for commissions:
They're still a go as usual, I will always deliver the work no matter what and I actually need them to eat so i WANT to do them ljdfjgkdfg so no worries on that front! I'll just be messaging all commissioners either way to let them know about potential delays :)
But please please please if you were thinking of getting a commission this month, do not let that stop you! ♥
And for anybody who wants to help out while I can't work:
there is always ko-fi for one-off donations, but that's just me adding it as a formality lmaooo y'all already do so much for me on here, your passion and kindness is already more than enough ♥
Final word:
I'll keep you updated and maybe even make a game of it for Patrons only ($1 and up!), where y'all can help me train my left hand by doing drawing requests and me posting shitty left-hand drawn versions of your prompts lmao let's have fun with it!! We can do that at some point this month maybe :)
To summarize: All rewards will be posted as usual, there just might be slight changes to the schedule/format! The nsfw rewards are prepped in advance, and the step-by-steps don't require me to draw. Y'all will get your money's worth i promise!!!

They both told me "don't use your hand at all" and when I told them what I did for a living they just said the professional version of "damn that sucks bro" lmaooo i genuinely think they're right for this type of injury, I just have to sit back and wait, but asking for a "plan"/wiggle room in their professional opinion is a good idea! I'll see what they say :) thank you for the input!!

You deserve the rest. Pushing yourself will just hurt you more, maybe permanently! Maybe explain to the doctors that you need this arm for what you do for a living, and maybe they can figure out a schedule? Like "Please don't use it for x days" and then "light duty for x days, stop when it hurts" and work your way up? That's what my doc did with me after top surgery! Please take care of yourself!
