6/21/2025 Progress Update: Amaty's Life Is Falling Apart but Development Continues

Your favorite dev's life is kind of falling apart right now. I'm not going to get into it much, but I'm trying to move out ASAP due to a lot of problems in my household. This is while I'm still very ill.
But, fortunately (or unfortunately?), I'm a bit of a workaholic and love this project too much. In the 15 days since the last progress update, I've written 32.4k words. I'm currently past the bra store, and have 2/6 stores done. I'm planning on there being a little anime pop-up event you can go to as well. After that, I'm going to finish up the food court and drive home scene, and the update should be complete.
The reason I'm not even halfway done with this update is because I've basically been rewriting everything. I could just copy and paste Mom's passages and sprinkle in some Lily lines. But I feel that would make Lily not feel properly integrated into the story. Therefore, I've been rewriting every passage from scratch to include Lily.
The pain of writing interactive fiction.
This takes longer, and is a hell of a lot more work, but I think the quality will only benefit from it. I want you all to have the best experience possible with this game, and I don't want to take any shortcuts.
Okay, so release date. I will do my best to get this update out by the end of the month. I really will. But this update might be even bigger than the last update, despite me being able to reuse the beginning and end of the day. And, like I said, my life really is falling apart right now. So please do forgive me if it ends up releasing in early July.

One VERY exciting news is we're getting an animation. An animation! I know, right? The Patreon has grown enough that I can afford animations. Okay, next. Vincent is getting a slight redesign. Basically, some colors are being changed. I'm still unsure whether the eyes should be green or not, so you can let me know your opinion in the comments!
We also have the CG concepts! I decided on the one on the top, but I'm showing you all both, because the concept on the bottom is great as well.
Was a fan of Mom last update? Well, she has a design now! Dad does as well, but he's a lot less popular after breaking his promise. (Please don't lewd the parents you guys.)
I've also decided to rerender the body for our favorite Ethan. He's gotten new eyes as well. This is due to the original paperdoll artist quitting the project. I hope you guys like the new Ethan! We're also giving him a few expressions.

Also, Amber's finally getting her CG! Her design was finalized a while ago, but many of you may have missed that. Here she is!
Jessica's adult CGs have also been finalized, and we're moving onto Jordan. By the time the adult scenes actually arrive, we should have 3 CGs per romance option. I can't share them here though, as Patreon is not a fan of adult content on public posts.

I’ve been through something like that in my life, and sometimes it heads you towards a better place and brighter future. I don’t pretend to know what exactly you’re going through but stay strong and I’m sure you’re going to come out of this amazing. It may take some time, just hang in there. I’m totally understanding if it takes you a bit longer on the release. We all appreciate everything you do. I love how quality oriented you are and that you are doing the Lily scene from scratch. There is one way to lewd the parents without Amaty telling us not to lewd the parents, maybe do a route where someone's parents are friends with MC's parents. MC's parents are done and bored with each other, same goes for the other. So like a manga Marmalade Boy, the parents swap partners and live together and all move and stay in a bigger house for 2 families. In MB, MC will get siblings (boy and girl), there is a manga for the new generation too since their not actual siblings.
