My go to for the being chased bit is kinda taken from Calvin and Hobbes. his mom chased him a lot.

No need for t&a. Him playing with ants is just plain weird, and powerposing is beyond used up.

Definitely being chased. Nothing like a humorous situation to attract attention if paired with a name like "wake of the ravager".

While I think the idea of Calvin being chased by Karen would make a really funny art piece I don't think it works for a cover, from the perspective of someone who hasn't read the book that cover would come across as more of a comedy than the adventure thriller the book is. So on that note vote power pose

Dee has a point. But it's best to keep covers simple so they can be easily made out with a quick glance on a phone.
