Wake of the Ravager Narration

Wake of the Ravager is one of my older series that's being picked up as an audiobook. Most of you should know what it is, but if you don't, there's about five days left to read it on Royalroad before I take down the first two books, (120 chapters)

I think it's because you can raise the ability stat that acts as a skill's cap every X number of levels gained with that skill i think it's every 5? Anyway, if you have less than 5 skills linked to a specific ability, then eventually your ability growth will be overcome by the skills themselves, hardcapping them. Example: You have 5 strength and gain one level of strength every five levels of Arm Wrestling. Arm wrestling is capped by your Strength ability. After five levels of arm wrestling, your Strength gains a point and becomes level 6, and you can get one more level of arm wrestling, but not enough to get more Strength. You've been bottlenecked. and you need to either get a bunch more strength, or a bunch more strength-based skills.
