Family gathering is the most humorous, but coilbreaker is the coolest and most prophetic - since Will will conquer the tower and this break the cool of Ouroborus that formed the tower.

I can get behind that. I did list it as my 2nd choice. You do have me more on the fence now though. Personally I think Granesh is more than just a single arc though and will be a reoccurring conflict, but I obviously can't say for sure.

Fallen in the second case would mean ‘descended from the tower yet to return’ in the same ways as fallen from grace as all deceivers originate (as in heritage not physically)(although I could see Jason telling a tale of Will being born far above where mortal men can walk) from high in the tower.

I like hunger of the fallen, I feel like it incorporates both the burden of the deceivers killed by the church as well as the desire for Will (and all the fallen deceivers) to reclaim his birthright as a denizen of the higher floors.

I feel like Granesh's Folly better suits the entire charade of Church V William and will be something people refer to by name when they think about what fuelled a part of his meteoric rise. But the story isn't about Granesh, they're just an arc in the many arcs of William climbing the tower. The name should be about Will, who he is and where he will go, and considering the man grew up in an orphanage and has never met his parents, The Family Gathering feels like his first true step towards figuring out who he is and how he came to be, especially as a climax macronomicon has been building towards for the last couple dozen chapters.

I voted for Granesh's Folly. Coilbreaker seems a bit too on the nose. Holdna's Consort is much more of a title and less a set name to me. I was actually confused for a sec what we were naming with that being the first option lol. The Family Gathering is funny and I suppose totally on-brand for your works and the tone of the story, but idk about it being the name of the set Will should be keeping the entire rest of the story it seems like. I suppose it wouldn't be bad as my 2nd choice though. Ashen Reliquary isn't bad, I can't even quite put my finger on why I don't like the feel as much. Decent choice I suppose. Might be the skill/bonus/effect implications. Hunger of the Fallen only feels right if the set actually incorporates that hunger somehow in its effects and bonuses etc. Its too descriptive for the set not to revolve around the name. Granesh's Folly however... the set will only exist because of that Church's poor choices. Will only continues to live because of their failures. And Will plans to be their downfall, and depending on how far the story goes perhaps even the downfall of Granesh Himself. If this set will follow Will all the way to the top like it seems it will from all the setup, this name just feels perfect.

Family gathering is both hilarious and most apt. I went for Folly because it gives me smug glee.... no idea why people are going Coilbreaker as it seemingly makes little sense.
