Character combos with Rouge the Bat are always a popular pick for those that don't like getting pushed around on the track, but still wanna retain some agility.Beyond then, Wave equips a heavier version of the Rouge Suit, increasing her weight class significantly. There is an even more robust version yet to push the max top speed, and defensive capabilities higher.
