Here's what else I've been doing to try and make better color work.
Each panel is an 1 hour to 1 hour +3 0 minutes. The last panel was over 2 hours though... because I planned the work order poorly.
Time flies.
All were photo-referenced. Aren't paint-overs.

I wouldn't claim that everyone loves this sort of thing, but I've always loved seeing things in raw states. Seeing things in an unfinished state makes me appreciate the hard work that goes into a final product -- with all of that work hidden in a neat package. Mad respect for all you do~ <3

I havent seen Waiting for Godot. The reference source for that was really really difficult to find due to 3rd party reposting, and the only information (which can be wrong..... there is a lot of conflicting information attached to it...) is it might be from the "Sosuvai Desert in Namibia"

I can't tell if the first one is intentionally a Waiting for Godot reference or if "a dead tree in a barren landscape" is just fairly generic and I'm being too much of a theater nerd

The reason I didn't unlock this post is because I impulsively thought it wouldn't correctly reflect the actual contents of this patreon. The Notre Dame fire's photography looked very interesting and it happened so suddenly. The fire was an unhappy accident.

I dig the last one the most, but the spire has a smooth crispness and then good contrast I like.
