The factory's computer doesn't seem to fully recognize Naoki though. That's weird, because he's standing right there performing maintenance.
GRO+ is a mystery chemical that makes things bigger than they should be, but the technology that developed it has many other applications.
Like here, the factory can create a variety of bodies, compatible with mind-machine interfaces that can hot-swap a mind from body to body.

It's actually quite astonishing to see what could be the original Naoki, though given the various iterations he's jacked his mind into over the years, can't say I blame the computer gets confused when he goes natural once in a rare while.
