It also got stubbed. I posted about removing the chapters on RR but not here because I forgot to. If you're a paid member and were in the middle of reading book 4 I can send you a PDF so that you can finish. Book 4 is included in Kindle Unlimited though, so if you have that subscription it'll be a better experience. Either way, just send me a direct message or something and we'll get it worked out.
In other news, I didn't freeze to death!
But I almost did.
Not really, but my power was out for 36 hours during an extreme cold weather warning. Fortunately, I had a gas fireplace that kept the house tolerably warm and a charcoal grill to make some hot food. Power's back up now, although trees keep falling on repaired power lines because they're completely covered in ice. It's really pretty, but also fucking annoying.
January has been a real pain. My wife and kid got the flu, then I quit my day job which entailed its own complications, then I got the flu way harder than either of them did, then the storm obliterated my power. I just wanna write!!!
Anyway, chapters are coming soon. One should be out today unless I lose power again or something, along with a couple more polls. The goal for our foreseeable future is to have an additional chapter each week to reclaim our lead over RR. Since I no longer have a full-time job in addition to the full-time job of writing Mage Tank, this is much more achievable. Thanks for everyone hanging out last year with all the delays and stuff. 2025 was crazy.
Beyond that, we've got some commissions actively in the works.
One is a surprise, but the other is the first illustration for Patreon's second commission pick from way back in the day, and I already have the sketch in hand. That's the party meeting the Rulers after their Dungeon escapades. I decided to do an individual commission for each character. My aim is that they can be arrayed side-by-side to make a neat ultra-widescreen image. We'll see how it all turns out.

SRK and I are doing an interview this Thursday at 9 pm EST on PopPop's LitRPG+ YouTube channel: LINK
We are planning to be at LitRPG Con in Denver this year!
We are also planning to be at Dragon Con in Atlanta this year!
Plans have already been made, so the only thing keeping us away would be a serious illness or emergency. If you feel like saying hey and getting a book signed or something, then that's where you can find both myself and Sir Raiu Koren (who is co-author of the series if you weren't aware)!

We collaborate on everything, but each have our own bucket of stuff we're responsible for. The main division is that I am primary on prose (words on the page) and Sir Raiu Koren is primary on System design. We split responsibility for everything else including world building, enemy design, overall plot, etc. We both also dip into the other's bucket, with SRK writing addendums, eldritch poems, and some other passages, whereas I will create evolutions, skills, passives, etc.

Idk that I've ever seen the clarification, but since you are the one posting chapters, when you say SRK is co-author, are you guys just collaborating on world building and plot things while you handle the actual writing process, aka putting words onto the page?
