🕑 Added 2023-06-28 21:02:19 +0000 UTCso i wont be able to get much art done july as my girlfriend is visiting and thatll take up alot of my time. as such i will be removing the higher end reward tiers, and come up with a different system come august. i was never really good at staying on top of them so i think a different system would be better. either keeping things to sketches or just a few full renders. i will not reopen any sort of reward tier until i finish what i owe people.
alot of people dont turn in requests even when i ask them. so idk what to do about that.

I agree with Lenora. Also, put it in your TOS that it's the patron's responsibility to claim the reward and not your duty to remind them, and any reminder you do give is as a courtesy. That way they can't turn around and say "But you should've told me!"

This way it's not your fault if they don't turn in an idea. It's on them. It's all well and good to offer these rewards. But it isn't just your responsibility to chase them down in being done.

What to do about that. To save you a headache. Add it to your TOS maybe. "If your reward isn't claimed by months end. It will be forfeited. And your teir will assume the role of a larger donation." That way you're not under the pressure to owe someone something forever
