Thing is, Harry understood why Dumbledore set him up for sacrifice. He understood that it was done with a supposedly noble cause in mind, and voluntarily walked into his death, even if he died with a bang as a form or rebellion. But it's precisely because Harry understood Dumbledore's reasoning that he doesn't trust him. The headmaster was the last position of authority he trusted, and now that trust is broken. Harry knows that he would be tossed under the bus again, if the situation calls for it. Tl;dr, Harry wants to live. He wants to live and die on his own merits, on his own two feet. I suppose I have to clarify this in text later on.

I mean between Dumbledore and cassiopeia I'd rather she died then dumbledore cause at least we know for a fact Dumbledore would never work with riddle or Grindlewald no matter what. Not to mention this one seems to actually be doing something compared to canon dumbledore. I'm honestly surprised harry hasn't spoken to this dumbledore about stuff.
